1. About My Products

All pieces sold by One of a Kind Creations are designed, hand‑painted, and finished by me, Jessica. Each item is one‑of‑a‑kind, and due to the handmade nature of my work, small variations in colour, texture, or finish are completely normal and part of the charm of owning an original piece.

By purchasing from my shop, you acknowledge that:

  • Handmade items may have natural artistic variations
  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings
  • No two pieces will ever be identical

2. Ordering

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. For custom or commissioned pieces, full payment (or a deposit, if agreed) is required before work begins.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • The item is no longer available
  • There is an error in pricing or product information
  • Payment has not been received

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. I do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

I ship across the UK using trusted couriers. Shipping times vary depending on the size of the piece, but I will always keep you updated.

Please note:

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
  • Large furniture items may require additional handling time
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because my pieces are handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I can only accept returns in specific circumstances.

I accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

I cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom or commissioned pieces
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

6. Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom pieces are created based on your chosen colours, themes, and design direction. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are non‑refundable.

I will always send progress updates and photos to ensure you’re happy with the direction of the piece.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photographs, and written content on this website are the property of One of a Kind Creations. You may not copy, reproduce, or use my designs without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for:

  • Processing your order
  • Shipping your item
  • Contacting you about your purchase

I never share or sell your information to third parties.
