Handmade Quality
Every piece in my shop is designed, hand‑painted, and finished by me. Because of this, each item is truly one of a kind.
Please keep in mind:
- Small variations in colour or texture are normal
- Brushstrokes, sculpted details, and hand‑moulded elements are part of the artwork
- No two pieces will ever be identical
I take great care to ensure each piece meets my highest standards before it leaves my studio.
Packaging & Delivery
I package all items securely to ensure they arrive safely.
You can expect:
- Careful wrapping and protection
- Trusted couriers for delivery
- Updates and communication throughout the process
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help resolve the issue quickly.
Custom Orders
I love creating custom pieces. If you’d like something made especially for you, I’m happy to discuss colours, themes, and ideas.
Please note:
- Custom orders require full payment (or an agreed deposit) before work begins
- Custom pieces are non‑refundable once started
- I will send progress updates so you feel involved in the creative process
Returns & Exchanges
Because my pieces are handmade and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I can only accept returns in specific circumstances.
I accept returns if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
I cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Items that have been used or altered after delivery
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
