I want your experience with my artwork and furniture to feel easy, clear, and enjoyable. Here are answers to the questions I’m most often asked. If you ever need anything else, I’m always happy to help.

Are all your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece is designed, handpainted, sculpted, or finished by me, Jessica. Many items include handmoulded clay details, textured painting, or bespoke artistic elements. No two pieces will ever be the same.

Do you take custom orders or commissions?

Yes, I love creating custom pieces. You can request specific colours, themes, or designs, and I’ll work with you to bring your idea to life. Custom orders require full payment (or an agreed deposit) before I begin, and they are nonrefundable once started.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the piece. Small items usually ship within a few days, while larger furniture pieces may take a little longer due to careful packaging and courier scheduling. I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you ship furniture?

Yes — I use trusted couriers who specialise in transporting furniture safely. Your piece will be securely wrapped and protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers. I never see or store your card details.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

I cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom or commissioned pieces
  • Items that have been used or altered after delivery

If you need help with a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

How do I care for my handpainted furniture?

To keep your piece looking beautiful:

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
  • Keep away from excessive moisture or direct heat
  • Treat sculpted or textured areas with care

If you ever need advice on caring for a specific piece, just ask.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes?

Yes — I’m happy to include a handwritten note or simple gift wrap for smaller items. Just leave a message at checkout.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

I photograph my pieces in natural light to show true colours. However, screens can vary, and handmade items naturally have small variations — this is part of their charm and uniqueness.

Can I request progress photos for custom pieces?

Absolutely. I love keeping you involved in the creative process and will send updates at key stages so you can see your piece come to life.
